YaroAI is an AI outreach service for sales teams. It runs scheduled outreach on the channels you configure, including AI voice calls and email or messaging follow-ups, supports routine replies, and flags interested prospects for your team with their conversation history so a person can take over.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and YAROAI PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore ("YaroAI", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the YaroAI website, sales automation services, AI agents, multi-channel outreach features, and all related tools and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Our AI agents are designed to conduct professional business conversations. AI-written reply drafts can be reviewed before they send. Drafts that are not reviewed send automatically once the automatic-send deadline configured for your account has passed, and messages in a follow-up schedule send at their scheduled times. You are responsible for your campaign settings, including follow-up schedules and automatic-send deadlines, and for every message sent from your account, whether or not you reviewed it. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be imperfect, and you are responsible for monitoring and managing your campaigns appropriately. Unless agreed otherwise in writing for a Managed Service plan, following up with interested prospects is your responsibility.
We strive to provide reliable interactions, but we do not guarantee specific performance metrics, conversion rates, or success rates. Performance may vary based on factors including network conditions, target audience, and campaign configuration.
You must be at least 18 years old to use YaroAI. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of YaroAI complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any local telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
YaroAI processes payments securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation. Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until payment is received. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
All payments are generally final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All content, branding, and technology on YaroAI, including its AI agents, cadences, and outreach scripts, are owned by YaroAI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

YaroAI is committed to operating in compliance with applicable telecommunications and privacy regulations. Your use of our Service must also comply with these requirements:
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including obtaining proper consent before making automated calls and maintaining Do Not Call list compliance.
All communications must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender identification and honest subject lines in any email communications related to your campaigns.
If you make international calls or contact individuals in other jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local telecommunications and privacy laws, including GDPR where applicable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YaroAI does not guarantee outreach performance, lead conversions, or uptime.
To the extent permitted by law, YaroAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
